Cisco Switch 6500 Cabinet

I have a 6509 cabinet with two 48port POe switches modules in it. My issue is when the power goes out in the building and the cabinet restarts , the modules have to be powered up manually after the cabinet/sup comes up. Is there a cli to autostart these badboys.. ? thanks so much

I am suspecting this is CSCsk16974.  The Cisco Bug ID identifies the Known Affected Release as 12.2(18)SXF17 but I'm suspecting the IOS version you're running is also included but the page wasn't updated accordingly.
