Cisco Works - DFM and RME working with 2950

I have added a patch to the Campus Manager to see the Catalysts 2950 on Topology View.

But on RME this devices appears as Generic SNMP devices and in DFM as Uncertified Systems.

There is a patch to correct this problem, or something to do?

What version of RME and DFM are you using?. RME 3.4 supports 2950-12, 2950-24, 2950C and then additional support for , 2950G-12, 2950G-24, 2950G-48 and 3550-12G and 3550-24-DC are provided via the RME 3.4 IDS patch.

DFM 1.2 supports 2950 via the IDS 1.2.1 patch on CCO.
