Cisco Works LMS1.0 / 2.0"dmgtd.exe" access violation error ??

Hi there

I hv been trying for the past one week to

successfully install Ciscoworks LMS with HPOV

NNM6.1/2 with various permutation & combinations.

Atlast, I managed to Install CiscoWorks2000 second

edtition CD one and HP OV 6.2. But now my Ciscoworks

crashes with "dmgtd.exe" access violation error.

Can anyone pls help me what could be the reason for

this error. I'm facing the same problem with Two

different PCs. Compaq P4/512MB/CWORKS CDONE 4th

Edition + HPOVNNM 6.2 and Compaq PIII@866/ 512MB/LMS1.0(and LMS2.0)with all the patches/

Most of the times, Ciscoworks could not be accessed

from the Local IE browser, but was possible with Netscape comm.

Can anyone pls suggest a smooth installation path

for installing Ciscoworks/Campus MGR & HP OV 6.x.
