cisco7140 hangs

My 7140-2FE does not boot properly.It hangs forever.

I tried power cycling but it did not help.There are not enough diagnostic messages on the screen to diagnose.

If any of you have had this issue,please advise.

Have you tried to remove any cards, port adapters, etc from the router and see if it boots? You might have a bad card or PA locking the system up. If that does not work, I'd suggest opening a TAC case.
