Is there any difference between these two models from hardware standpoint?
Thanks,

There is actually not much of a difference on this. You are not losing any licenses aside from the Advanced IP Services being optional now on the CISCO881-K9 or C881-K9. On the SKU CISCO881-SEC-K9 has both the Security and the Advanced IP services bundled into it while the C881-K9 only has the Security license enabled by default and you need to add the Advanced IP services as an upgrade option for the Cisco 880 data or IAD platforms, and is the default feature set for Cisco 880 SRST.
C881-K9 (Cisco 880 Series Integrated Services Routers) - USD 669.00
CISCO881-K9 (Cisco 881 Ethernet Sec Router) - USD 649.00
CISCO881-SEC-K9 (Cisco 881 Ethernet Sec Router w/ Adv IP Services) - USD 799.00
PPP over Ethernet (PPPoE) and IP Security (IPsec) VPNs is supported on the C881-K9, CISCO881-K9 and CISCO881-SEC-K9.
