ciscoview 5.4 display problem

When I want to display cat6509 by ciscoview, it report error as follow:

device package for this device type is not installed or you are attempting to open a component inside a device.

It is ok before. The ip address is the interface sc0 of cat6509. I can display another cat6509 by ciscoview and the package cat6000 has installed.

Did the installation of the device pkg go smoothly? You could try removing the device package and installing it again. Also. try using the updated packages for both the Cat and the CatIOS
