How does CiscoWorks RME Syslog Analysis handle timestamp of messages? The server syslog file contains the correct timestamp of the message, but the same message in the Syslog Analysis report is 1 hour off. Any ideas?

Does stop/start of Syslog process corrects this?. There were some similar issues with earlier versions, but they've been fixed in RME 3.5 with the latest IDU installed.

I am having the same kind of problem. I have RME 3.5 with the latest IDU installed. Time is correct on my router, time is correct on the RME server, but the time in the syslog analysis is incorrect (time is analysis is ahead by between 30 minutes and an hour). Collector status displays the correct time. I am running xntp and an echo of sh $TZ displays US/Eastern. date displays Wed Apr 7 14:32:49 EDT 2004.
