Hi,
Looking for information on how CVM works? How does it keeps all calls information on CVM? Is it through polling by SNMP, etc?

Depending upon the CVM version that you have, refer to the CVM docs for such details: http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/rtrmgmt/voicemgr/cvm2x/index.htm and http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/477/CVM/cvmcall_report.html. CVM uses various MIBs to collect the information via SNMP from the devices.
