clear ssh connection

I have a 6500 sup720 (running integraded ios (native)), there has been executed a ssh connection to another router when connected to the console port. This ssh connection freezed and now I can't access the console port. When executing show user, I'll see the hanging connection. I have tried to clear the connection, tried the session-timeout command. No success. Any idea/workaround?

Hi,

Have you tried using tcp-keepaives-out, which are used to kill off orhpaned telnet sessions. I assume as its tcp it should work with SSH
