CMS problem

I have a 2950 directly connected to a 3550 which is set up as the master in my cluster and the 2950 is a member of the cluster. I thought I would be able to manage the 2950's ports from the 3550. Is there a command that can be done from the 3550 that will let me see and configure the ports of the 2950 or can this only be done thru the cluster management software.

You can only do this through the cms software. unless you apply an ip address to the vlan1 interface of the 2950 which will allow you to telnet directly to it.
