We're considering to upgrade to CNR 6.1 under Linux.
The real question is what is the capacity this CNR under Linux? Anyone has the operational experience?

I'm not too clear as to what you are looking for but if it is the system requirements that you are interested in, you could refer to the Installation Guide for 6.1 at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/netmgtsw/ps1982/products_installation_guide_book09186a00801e8b90.html

No, it is not the system requirement. Usually one has one server for all functions. The question is how many cable modem subscribers can be handled with this system? I have heard CNR installaed in SUN platform can handle up to 40,000 subs. How about Linux and Windows server?
