I have two routeres 3600 series and 4 of 1700's series, I want to config a static between 3600 series which has one serial port only to those 1700's routers series.
in your scenario, configure the 3600 router as the hub and the 1700 routers as the spokes. If you use the same address space on all routers, you can stay with the physical interfaces, if you require a different address space between the hub and the spokes, configure subinterfaces on the 3600 router.
