Config EIGRP on 6509 MSFC

I have two 6509's with sup 720's that I want to connect up to exstiting 7204and I want to create 3 L3 vlans.

1. Configure HSRP for each of the 3 vlans,

2. Configure EIGRP - Passive interface for each VLAN.

3. 4gig ports on each for etherchannel.

Will the 7204-to-6509 connection be on one of the 3 new vlans, or will it be a seperate one, or will be be on all 3? I would think you would want to run EIGRP in non-passive mode between the 6500 and 7200 devices, but if you have a reason not to, please state it here.
