Configuring VIC Teaming on Standalone server

I installed NIC Drivers to a Standalone server, installed Teaming Protocol, Used enictool.exe to configure VIC Team (-m 4 (LACP)), but I need to understand what "connection" Load balancing method means.

 

By default Connection is used, but there are options for Source & Destination MAC, and MAC and IP. 

 

Please advise

"Connection" refers to balancing by TCP connection, essentially rotating output interfaces as TCP connections are established.
