Congestion Management - Limit Bandwidth

Using CBWFQ to help certain flows receive adequate bandwidth during times of congestion. One thing I haven't been able to get a grip on is limiting certain flows to a maximum bandwidth - period. I could accomplish this somewhat by strict (priority) queueing - but that implementation doesn't work well for us.

Any ideas?

Have you looked into policing some of your classes.

Not familiar. Can that limit user defined flows? Any reference to documentation appreciated.
