Can everybody give me the correct pinouts for the cable to connect two catalyst's 3524 with ws-g5482(1000T-copper). Is this a one-to-one-cable or a crossover-cable and with which pin-connection?

From this, I can state that all 4 pares are used and it is bi-directional. While it would seem to imply that crossovers are not required, I could not find that in print.

1000BaseT GBIC's do cross-over sensing but fixed 10/100/1000BaseT ports don't, so when connecting anything to a GBIC (WS-G5482) you can use any CAT5e 8-wire cable, but when connecting 2 10/100/1000BaseT ports you do need a cross-cable with all 8 wires crossed like this:
