CW2K RME compare configs not lining up

When I use the compare config feature of RME on some devices, the output doesn't line up. I get all of the output from one device- marked as "unmatched", then get all the output for the other device, also marked as "unmatched". My first thought was different IOS versions, but that isn't it. Any ideas?

What is the exact message that is being thrown up on the RME ? I guess, you are using the COnfiguration Manager for compare configs. If so, please check the following documentation might help you in understanding the issue.
