Dail-out feature under Cisco 3640 (Analogue modem/ Digital Modem under PRI)

My customer want users to remotely treat cisco 3640 as modem pool. Then users can remotely use this modem as network modem to dail-out. Can Cisco 3640 with NM-8AM or PRI with NM-12DM support this features ?
