DFM error cannot find domain DFM on server x.z.y.w connection refused,

WHen I open DFM -> Admin console the left pane is blank. We have another machine and sees he domain and all the tree structure of switche, routers, etc.I'm able to access all other apps, but not able to connect to the domain. I can ping it and have the same settings as the machine that can see the domain. When I open Monitoring Console and try to attach to a domain it says "Cannot connect to a dead domain" what's the problem ?

Are all DFM processes running?. You may want to just re-install the DFM portion again to see if it solves the problem.

I noticed the DFMserver was shutdown by the Server along with other DFM processess, and yesterday I started/enable them. What causes the server to shut down these processes ?

After a while I still don't see anything on the Admin console. I will try to install the DFM portion again.

I also verified the .log files are there.
