When I open DFM Administration Console and Monitoring Console, almost submenu is inactivity.
Why? And what thing I have to check?
Thanks

Which is the DFM version you are using?

DFM 1.2 and CiscoWorks 2.1

Chances are DFM has lost contact with the DFM Domain.
Try stopping crmdmgtd, wait 5 minutes then restart.
at the command prompt "net stop crmdmgtd" then "net start crmdmgtd"
Other things you can try are:
1) At the command prompt, \CSCOpx\objects\smarts\bin\brcontrol
See if the DFM server is registered fine with the broker and is up and running.
2) Next try to do "pdshow DfmServer" and "pdshow DfmBroker" and see if both are up and running.
Last resort is opening a case with TAC.

Thanks for your instructions!
I checked with /CSCOpx/objects/smarts/bin/brcontrol. It showed "Cannot attach DMF with localhost:9002".
I configured file clientConnect.conf:
- *:*:admin:admin123 (//username admin, password admin123)
And file serverConnect.conf:
- *:admin:admin123:All
Then I reregisted processes: DfmBroker, DfmServer, DfmChangeProbe, DfmFileNotifier ... with parameter "--user=admin".
Do I have a incorrect in this configuration?
Why I couldn't find broker.info file?
(I installed DFM 1.2 & CiscoWorks 2.1 under UNIX)
Thanks

Your clientConnect.conf & serverConnect.conf look right. Default installs use "Administrator" vs "admin", provided all processes are configured to use "admin" it should work.
What was your output from "pdshow DfmServer" and "pdshow DfmBroker"? Where they running normally?
After running these commands, stop crmdmgtd, wait 5 minutes, then start crmdmgtd, wait another 5 minutes or so to ensure all processes are up, then run the "brcontrol" command again.

Have you loaded RWAN 1.3, Update 1?
You can get it through CCO here:
http://www.cisco.com/kobayashi/sw-center/cw2000/rwan-planner.shtml
After loading this patch, try the latest IDU again.

when you open admin console of DFM choose Domain-> Attach and enter
instead of localhost:9002;

search for broker.info file, open it and if there, replace localhost with the servers IP address (or with its name if nameresolution is working)
this should make the change for the domain permanent (I think you must resart DFM processes)

I edited broker.info and replaced localhost with server's IP address.
And attached domain with IP address, It still cannot attach domain.

If you're using DFM 1.1 or 1.2, then you might be experiencing a bug (CSCdx55823) that makes the domain disappear when restarted after January 2004. The problem was resolved in DFM 1.2.3. The latest one now is DFM 1.2.8.
The patch can be downloaded from http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/tablebuild.pl/cw2000-dfm

I have just experienced a very similar error to this. The problem I see appears to be related to a dodgy DNS setup on my system. When I try to attach to the domain with the actual 'system name:9002' the the attach fails and I see a blank console, when I use the actual 'IP address:9002' it works.
The DNS setup is currently incorrect as the local system name is different to the DNS entry and DfmBroker appears to make use of both bits of information, so I suspect the two need to match for this to work correctly. The work around in the mean time is for me to use the IP address to attach.
Hope this helps,
Regards
