Hi,

I have one layer 3 3750 switch running DHCP for individual VLANs. for some special MAC address i want to assign special IP in each VLAN. Suppose there are 5 VLANs with 10.10.1.0, 10.10.2.0, 10.10.3.0 , 10.10.4.0 and 10.10.5.0 each with /24 mask. The special MAC is traveling between VLANs and i want to assign special IP in each network for that MAC.

When the DHCP server and client reside on the same LAN segment or VLAN and the client is unable to obtain an IP address from a DHCP server, it is unlikely that the local router is causing a DHCP problem. The problem is most likely related to the devices that connect the DHCP server and DHCP client. However, the problem may be with the DHCP server or client itself. Following the troubleshooting modules below should determine what device is causing the issue.Following URL would give a brief idea.
