Dial In Using Cisco Router

Hello,

Can somebody guide me as to how I can have my users dial into my Office Network so that they can attend to calls sitiing at home. Also is it possible for them to access my office network so that they can work from home itself.

I think DID is a soluton but if someone could explain in details how I would be able to implement it or a still better option that I could use.

Cisco routers can be used for dialing and connecting to office network. But, I am not sure whether your requirement is voice or data communication. You can do both if you have IP connectivity over the dialup connection. Check this link for more info :
