DialUp to AS5300 redirected & restricted to specific VPN Portal

Is it possible to configure an AS5300 so that a DialUp User can be directed and restricted to being passed thru to a specific VPN portal on another network?

Policy based routing (PBR) should be able to do it, I am not aware of the exact setup you have in mind but PBR should be able to control what the next hops are going to be for the dialup users.
