Hi,
I'm trying to figure out the difference between MMD= and MMD++= on Cisco SFPs. Does anyone know what the ++ and = signify? What is the difference? Also, do you have any links to a document stating so?
I've Googled everywhere and I can't seem to find anything
This is for a product like this:
1000BASE-SX SFP XCVR Mod MMF 850NM DOM |
GLC-SX-MMD++= |
GLC-SX-MMD |
SFP (mini-GBIC) |
Thank you.

Have you found anything within Cisco documentation explicitly saying ++ means TAA compliant? You provided a nice clue and unfortunately nothing official.
