DSL & ISDN to 2 ISP load balancing

I have a 2620 w 12.15YB 16MB Flash/64MB RAM. We're migrating from ISDN to DSL. I can connect with both interfaces to their respective ISP. Desired result is to listen on the BRI dialer for incoming requests and for internal traffic to go out of the DSL line. So I need to use eigrp or what's the solution.
