Hi all
can anyone tell me, what I can do with the channels on my e1 connection, could I have say 4 512k connections to my remote offices, but would I only have to pay for 1 2 meg e1 connection, would these connections be point to point ?

Hi Carl
If the link provided by the telco is of Channelised E1 then you can allocate different timeslots based on the bandwidth requirements of the remote locations.
The same kinda timeslot conifugration/mapping has to be there in place at the TELCO.
This will be a point to point connectivity wherein you will assign ip address to the interface which is logically grouped based on the timeslots.

would this be like having multiple point to point connections ? are they like sub interfaces ?
