Earthing and network performance

Hello,

Anybody know in proper earthing may cause  network performance such as internet speed ?

I'm going to assume you are using earthing for the term grounding.
Improper grounding can create issues that manifest themselves in a variety of ways.

In an optical environment, we picked up minor, persistent framing errors that went away during a remediation effort that included, but was not limited to, fixing the grounding.

Its one of those things that should just be fixed.
