EIGRP Limitations

What are the limitations of EIGRP? Are there limitations on the number of routes and/or table size?

AFAIK, the table sizes in EIGRP are only limited by router memory and CPU.

This is correct.... The table size is only limited by the memory and processor on the box. The neighbor count is limited similarly, by the processor, number of routes sent to each neighbor, query range, link bandwidth, and other factors.

If so, can one redistribute BGP carrying all internet routes into EIGRP, if one has enough memory on the router.?

I've seen it done, but it's not something I would do. :-) It will adversely impact your initial convergence time, when you bring two routers up, or reset their neighbor relationships, and it can kill smaller routers. There's a difference between a practical limit and a logical limit. I wouldn't keep more than about 5000 routes in any IGP, on any single router, just for management and "being able to wrap my mind around the network" reasons.
