I am using Eigrp as a routing protocol in my network.
The problem is that variance is not working.I mean if a destination network can be reached from 2 paths whose metrics are within the variance, the network is reached through the best path only.Does any one has an explanation for this.
Thanks

Thanks alot .It is really a very good document.
I found that load balancing is working for few networks but not working for the rest because the feasibilty distance is less than the reported distance so the neighbor is not considered as a successor for a certain network
Thank alot
