EMM or NMS for perf mon

Thanks for the perf mon links. So does perf mon work with EMM or is it with NMS?

Performance monitor can be invoked in multiple ways. It can be invoked manually by using cli. or
It can be invoked via NMS.  Performance monitor output data can be viewed via cli or NMS too.
EEM can be used to trigger an action based on the performance monitor output. These actions
could be invocation of a media trace probe or a flow stat collection.
