I think you must also be getting some error message like this after your error message

SCHAN ERROR INTR: unit=0 SRC=6 DST=5

OPCODE=20 ERRCODE=5

SCHAN ERROR INTR: unit=0 SRC=6 DST=5

OPCODE=20 ERRCODE=5

SCHAN ERROR INTR: unit=0 SRC=6 DST=5
