error messages on 6506

IOS running is 12.1(23)E2 .

I`m using sup2-GE, and card is WS-X6408A-GBIC in slot 6.

modules status are OK, but after every half an hour these messages are getting repeated.

please help.

The supervisor is having problems communicating with the module. Put the module in another slot to see if it follows the module. If it doesn't follow the module, there is a problem with slot 6 in the chassis.
