I have a daily command output saved within 'Batch Reports' feature of Ciscoworks and when trying to view an output, it gives me an error "The report output may have been deleted/or not accessible". I confirmed that the output data exists within the server. I also increased the heap size in Java Virtual Machine to a bigger free memory size than the output file size.
Has anyone ran into this problem? I tried viewing the report from different machine (using IE6.0.28) but having same error. There are other outputs within the same job that works.
