Etherchannel between diferent chassis

Is possible to create an etherchannel between 2 GBIC interfaces of a Catalyst 4506 in one side and two GBIC interfaces of two different Catalyst 6000 chassis inthe other side?.

How can I do it? because I believed that the etherchannel only works between 2 switches, but not between one switch on one end amd 2 switches on the other end (in fact, this is the configuration I intend to deploy).

I don't think you can do that. The Etherchannel must terminate on both ends into a single chassis AFAIK...
