Hi!

I want to know that how to accommodate the additional time for students with accessibility accommodations?

I have a class of 30 students and couple of students needs additional time for doing the exam however the other students needs regular time and no additional time. How can I do this in Netacad while using new interface?

A quick response will be highly appreciated.

Hi @haroon_0786 ,

I understand you need additional time for students that need accessibility accommodations in order for them to take a Cisco Exam.

If that is the case, and the students are a non-native English speaker or need special accommodations.  You can request a time extension and you can make that request directly at the following link:

https://www.pearsonvue.com/us/en/test-takers/accommodations/pearson_approve.cisco.html

If you still have additional questions or need help with this process.  Then you can contact directly Pearson Vue at the following link :

Also you might want to check the following Cisco Exam Accommodations blog:

I hope this information is helpful for you.

Best Regards,

Gus

What I am looking for is the ability to create a custom reservation for an exam, similar to the way we could in the legacy platform. I found that function under the exam by using the override button. I was able to create an exam for the individual student. What I can't find is where to set the exam duration. In looking at the first exam, it's only 33 questions covering four modules. If the exam duration is one hour that's almost 2 minutes per question. Is there a way to shorten this time period?

I am not aware of any way to shorten that time period you are looking for.  That seems to be integrated already within the testing environment.

You might want to contact a local Cisco Networking Academy in your country.  They may be able to help you out personally:  https://www.netacad.com/
