expanding BW, should I use CEF

Our inbound internet pipe (t1) is constantly being maxed out during the daytime load. Our ISP has reccommendated upgrading to a 3Mb CEF bundle. Although it costs more then just adding an add'l T1, we have a 2621XM.

Does CEF require both serial interfaces to terminate on the same router?

My understanding is that CEF provides load balancing but I'm not sure which route to take, add a T1 from our current provider (or a new one) or purchase the 3Mb bundle. and whether either solution requires adding a router or is a wic sufficient?

Multiple T1s terminating to different routers is more desirable from a redundancy standpoint, but since your primary concern is bandwidth, I'd go with a bundle. Load sharing over parallel links is substantially easier when they terminate on the same device. In this case, another WIC is all you'll need.
