Failed to get the beginning of the configuration file

Dear all,

in RME I have problems with the configuration archive. About 75 % of the attempts to get the running and startup config are failing (but always with changing devices). The message I get is "Failed to get the beginning of the configuration file". Of course the passwords etc. of my devices are O.K. What migth be the problem ? Can this be related to my "welcome banner" configured on the routers ?

Any hints would be appreciated.

Try removing the welcome banner on one of the device temp and then do an update archive again to see if you get the same error or not.
