File table overflow -L3 module

Hi All,

I face the problem with my L3 module of Catalyst 4006 switch. When I issue "show run", nothing comes out. When I issue "show start", the error message comes out as "%Error opening nvram:/startup-config (File table overflow)". It happened two times already. Last time, I reset the L3 module and it's back to normal.

We're using L3 module as interVLAN routing purpose only and it doesn't change routes with other routers. We just put static routes only to next hop routers.

Please advise me.
