They appear to be served by Cox's point of presence in the Tampa Bay area. From there on, one moves out of the public domain of discernible routes into Cox's privately issued address space, conveyed to customers over their wiring infrastructure
The exact physical address of the subscriber would be protected (one hopes) by the customer's legitimate expectation of privacy and would only be available to third parties such as law enforcement in the course of an investigation or other legitimate legal authority.
