Firmware for 2960S-xxPD-L 15.2.(5)E

Hello,

im looking IOS for 2960S in version 15.2(05)E.

in official repository there is only 15.2(2)E9 (in release note is mention even version 15.2(2)E10 and again its not available to download) :/

in documentation and review is mention newer version then that available on support site but i cant find it any ware.

one place that information exist is here: 15.2.2E9 for c2960S-24PS-L

it is error on site or int Cisco employee information ?

Not remotely possible.
2960S doesn't support 15.2(5)E.
2960X can support 15.2(5)E.

And no, you cannot stick an IOS for a 2960X into a 2960S and expect it to load. It won't work.

Yes i know that but that dosn't change fact that Cisco employee suggest existing newer version of IOS LanBase

Again, not possible. Even remotely.
Cisco has already announced EoS for 2960S. There is no financial benefit for Cisco to churn out newer IOS (versions) for 2960S.
