I am seeing an increasing amounts of DE packets on my F/R links. Since I am defining any DE clases on the routers which packets are considered Discard Eligible by DTE?

Without traffic shaping, any traffic exceeding CIR will be marked DE. To see if traffic is actually being discarded, look for FECNs and BECNs on your pvc's with 'show frame-r lmi'.

No I don't see any fecn's or becn's when I do sh frame pvc but I do see incoming de packets:
