We're looking at purchasing a frame relay connection between two locations (across town) and i'm wondering what router I should look at for it and what cards it would need. Probably just something low end, don't need anything huge.

A little more information...the frame relay circuit will be with SBC if that makes any difference. I've talked to someone and they suggested a Cisco 1605 routers, but I noticed those are EOL.

Any router that can take a WIC-1T module or internal CSU should suffice. If you use a WIC-1T, you'll have to get an external CSU/DSU and a V.35 cable. It depends on your needs. If you have no need to split of channels on the T1 for voice circuits, use an internal Cisco CSU/DSU. The 160x are EOL. The replacement model is the 1700 series.
