Full Duplex on FastHub 316T possible?

I have recently inherited a FastHub 316T model number WS-C316T with 16 ports onboard and the additional 16 port 100Base/TX board installed. This device works fine, however I am sure it is not running at full-duplex. File transfers accross the LAN are terribly slow.

Is it even possible for this device to run at full duplex on all ports?

Hubs only operate in half duplex. You need a switch to allow full duplex operation. Look into getting a switch.
