full duplex on the 806

Hello all,

Just wanted to know if anyone knows why I cant force full duplex on the 806 router. Any help would be appreciated.

If you mean that there is no ios interface command to this function it will be because it is not suppoted like 1600 series. 1700 series do.

When we bought the routers from CDW we thought they were able to run half/full duplex. The advertizement says the 806 is able to.

If it would support it it will only do so at the wan interface since it's lan side is an 4 port hub witch never supports full duplex.

So the answer lies in having a duplex statement in the ios at interface level for this.

the command should be "duplex full"
