Generic SNMP devices

HI all

i m using Cisco Works2k on win 2k

Now when i added routers to Cisco works, it added three routers as Generic SNMP devices while others as Cisco routers.

What is the possible reaosn and how can i rectify it

Is it RME or Campus Manager?. Make sure that you first install the latest respective IDU from CCO to add support for these new devices.
