GLC-T stay down after reboot

Hi,

We have a setup with 2 x WS-C3750G-12S-E connected through Copper 100 Fastethernet (using GLC-T SFP) connection to 2 remote locations.

After rebooting those switches, the copper links stay down (no issue with the fiber connection). We have to manually do a shut no shut of the interfaces to have it up again.

Could someone encounter the same issue?

Could you be more specfic about what version of software are you using and what switch at the other end
