Half/Full duplex support on Cisco 2500 series routers with Lance hardware

Does anyone know whether the 2500 series ethernet ports support full duplex? I have been trying to configure ports for Full but receive an error message "This command is not supported for ethernet0".

I have been unable to find the answer to this in the cisco product documentation.

Could this be a limitation casued by the attached transceiver?

many thanks

No, they do not support full duplex. That is why it is not in the documentation - if you don't support it, don't mention it.

From a historical perspective, I think when the Lance chip was current, full-duplex was not an option.
