Hello everyone! I have a big problem connecting 2 AS/400 connecting over Frame Relay using 2500 and 1751 at the remote end. And also the headoffice is using Token ring connection and ethernet at the other end (1751). Please tell me the exact configuration of both routers. thank you very much and more power!.

This is beyond the scope of this forum. We don’t know what DLCIs you have, what sort of layer 3 addressing is going on, software used, media, etc etc. Give the TAC a shout; they will be much better equipped to handle this situation, as it will require far too much interaction for this venue.

What I always do when I need help on a config is go to the cisco site and search for whatever I'm trying to do and the word cookbook.

This would in this case be DLSW and cookbook and some of the url's that come back are:

http://www.cisco.com/public/news_training/itsnews/200006.html

http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/697/dlswts1.html

DLSW is the key thing here at least when you want to communicate on it's native SNA level but I would say got to TCP/IP asap with the boxes and use that instead far then you don't need to do anything obscure at all.

Regards, Maarten Sjouw.
