help me about 1ce1u on cisco 2611 xm

I have a 2611-xm with a 1ce1u ,and it is used as a access server , my config is right .

there are some message " rx -> bad frame (0x0000) " when I try to dial the server use a bri .

I have changed the 1ce1u ,but the message display again .

plase tell me what can i do .
