The cisco technical documents suggests that the interval for committed time negotiated with the service provider be in the 10 to 125msec range .
What is the influence of a Committed Time of say 1 Sec on data rates ?.

I guess you cant have Tc as I sec. 1/8 of a sec only u can send or burst data.
